Hello! The Calm Flower Moon LLC Terms and Safety Notice (the "Notice") is operated by Calm Flower Moon LLC (“Calm Flower Moon LLC,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the website and services constitutes your agreement to these terms, notices, and conditions. We may modify or cancel the Terms and Safety Notice or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these terms, notices, and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Safety Notice:
• Most of the art content from Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG is kid-friendly. Adult-only art content is labeled with a content advisory online before your purchase.
• The artworks are made or printed in the USA. The art materials used by us are the USA certified and sourced globally. Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG only use art supplies from USA-certified marketplaces and providers.
• Our official website is http://www.calmflowermoon.com. Our official email is xuejiang@calmflowermoon.com. Please do not attempt to pay via any methods or phone numbers not listed on our official websites or official emails.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG reserve the right to maintain information security, privacy, and politeness site-wide. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• CAUTION: The artistic content of Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG is for artistic purposes only and is not intended as medical, educational, or legal advice.
• CAUTION: Failure to follow instructions may result in damage or injury. Do not place any objects on your artworks other than proper protecting or mounting materials. Do not disassemble any whole piece without instructions. Do not hang valuable items or objects greater than 2 inches thick without qualified expert(s) or instruction(s). Do not hang art products above beds, on wallpaper, fabric, textured walls, brick, or rough surfaces. Gently place every piece indoors between 50 and 105 degrees Fahrenheit (10 to 40 degrees Celsius). Keep your artworks away from dampness, chemicals, strong sunlight, high winds, and unstable surfaces. The artworks can be used only for indoor and artistic purposes. Please follow our care instructions online and/or the instructions of a qualified expert.
• WARNING: The artworks, gifts, and packaging of Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG are not food or toys. Any items prepared here may contain parts that present choking, suffocation, or entrapment hazards, or could cause other injuries. To prevent these hazards, keep them out of reach of babies and children under three years old. Parental supervision is required for those under eighteen.
• WARNING: Proposition 65 Warning for California Consumers: Labels on and packing slips in this package can expose you to chemicals including Bisphenol S (BPS) which is known to the State of California to cause reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

• By submitting your contact details, you are providing your data to Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG who may contact you.
• Our members value their privacy. Member profile images and names will not be public.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG never sells any customer information to any person or third party.

• We do not include any advertisements outside of our shipping packages.
• We will only use the personal information you provide to operate the business and fulfill your order.
• We will only use your address for sales tax purposes and/or to deliver your order. We will only use your phone number for essential contacts and/or to deliver your order.
• We may use your phone number to contact you regarding any issues with your orders.
• The use of the Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG mobile message service, SMS (Short Message Service), or subscribing service signifies your agreement to our Mobile Terms of Service on the page and to your contact details being shared with Calm Flower Moon LLC, which may contact you.
• We follow carriers' specific requirements, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. A valid customer's phone number is required to facilitate delivery and address potential issues. If a courier has trouble finding your address or needs to coordinate a delivery, they can contact you by phone.
• For customs and border control, some countries require your phone number for customs clearance and to facilitate communication with the recipient if there are any issues.
• For tracking and communication, your phone number may be used to provide updates on the shipment's progress or to resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Business confirmations will be sent via our official emails to customers.

• Calm Flower Moon LLC is our company's legal name. The company provides artworks, registered in the USA.
• X JIANG is an operating name (DBA name) of Calm Flower Moon LLC. They are not separate entities. X JIANG™ is also a brand of Calm Flower Moon LLC.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG commission and sell artworks through www.calmflowermoon.com.
• You are prohibited from duplicating any artworks and commercial information from Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG™ for commercial, political, or religious use without authorization, permission, or license.

Product Notice:
• Calm Flower Moon LLC sells various physical and digital artworks. X JIANG sells drawings, paintings, art prints, and digital artworks globally. Each product is made once ordered.
• If you are under 18 years old, please ask your legal guardian to process an order and purchase artwork for you.
• The final artwork, signature, collection number, size, and color may be different from the online samples and mockups.
• Each art print or set with a printed authorized artist's name and/or printed initials is limited to no more than one piece or set per month globally.
• Each artwork or set with a unique current artist's signature and/or unique initials is limited to no more than one piece or one set per year globally.
• Calm Flower Moon and X JIANG will only release the exact number of artworks during that specific time. After the artist stops providing their authorized artwork, the edition closes.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG assign a 15-digit alphanumeric collection number as a unique identifier associated with each specific limited edition artwork or set.
• Only a concise 6-digit collection number is applied to each tangible artwork. You may optionally request your 15-digit collection number by email after receiving your purchased item and keep the piece or set.
• You may optionally upgrade and customize the artwork, request larger digital art, art print, or handmade artwork through the order. You may browse the Full Custom Options and send your request through the Contact page.
• New online artworks and notes may be added and updated. Every artwork, art set, and piece of art information may be updated online, and online passwords will be changed. You will receive updated information related to your order and artwork.
• The fee may not include the full price of the artwork or set for your custom artwork, nor does it cover all taxes, shipping, or surcharges. The final price for a single piece or artwork set depends on factors such as materials, storage, hours, edition, mounting, packaging, taxes, tariffs, customs duties, and shipping rates.
• Additional fees will be requested via official email if: your address is not in the contiguous U.S.; you need priority physical artwork delivery; you request artwork with a unique signature or initials; or you require a different size or more custom options.
• The final amount may include taxes and/or shipping rates based on your global location, as indicated in an official email from Calm Flower Moon LLC or X JIANG.
• Each downloadable digital artwork is intended for display on digital devices and may not be suitable for printing. You may download and display it through your digital frame, projector, phone, tablet, desktop, or TV screen.
• You may customize an artwork based on your current artist's instructions and available options through your order. However, not all art materials, sizes, and options may be suitable or available for every artwork or set.
• Each artwork pre-order and order does not include in-person services for artwork creation, mounting, installation, maintenance, or repair. Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG provide options for artwork making and mounting that relate only to your pre-order and order. Customer assembly is required. Each artwork is for indoor use only.
• Please review and agree to the most recent safety notice and other terms on the Terms and Safety Notice page before placing your order.
Payment Notice:
• Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG accepts payments from individuals over the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, please ask your legal guardian to process an artwork plan with you. After your purchase, we do not accept order cancellations if we are able to provide the artwork plan(s).
• We offer artworks and accept electronic payments through our official webpages and emails at calmflowermoon.com; we do not have a physical store.
• The price for each artwork or set displayed here may not include plan fees, taxes, shipping rates, or surcharges.
• The price on our checkout screen may include estimated tax and shipping costs (if applicable).
• Additional payments, including taxes, actual shipping fees, or surcharges, may be requested through our official email for specific cases, states, or countries.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC accepts credit cards and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We accept payment through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wix, Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, PayPal, and Wise.
• Prices are quoted and payable in US dollars. If you prefer to pay in another currency from anywhere around the world using your multi-currency account, please contact us.
• Our product prices do not include bank conversion fees or platform fees. Any bank conversion fees or platform fees incurred are beyond our control.
• You may receive $10 off or more your next artwork purchase with your collection number. This offer is valid for one year from the date of your current artwork purchase and must be used by the same person. Not all products and features are available with the offer. Other restrictions apply.
• Tips and financial donations via electronic payment are welcome and optional. We do not accept and return cash, check, or item donations.
Shipping Notice:
• We offer shipping options from couriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
• Pre-orders typically ship globally from the USA within 7 to 90 business days after being placed.
• Local delivery is expected within 2 to 8 business days when shipping within the contiguous U.S. International delivery takes 10 to 30 business days.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG will send confirmation emails to you once any products have been shipped.
• Artworks and gifts may be delivered in split shipments from a single order for artwork protection purposes. There will be no additional delivery costs charged.
• You may optionally pick up your packages in person near your artist's studio if your artist is available and confirms with you by email. An indoor studio visit and open reception are not available unless we inform you in advance.
Return Policy:
• Since each product is made once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.
• Each artwork may have natural imperfections. For the protection of original physical and digital artwork, all purchased artworks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable regardless of unused, unopened, or unwrapped situations. We cannot remove or control a digital copy of a file on a customer's device.
• If you are a customer in the contiguous U.S., we accept one-time returns of each physical artwork or set within a 30-day warranty from the date of the shipping confirmation email if the product is damaged upon delivery or if the wrong item is delivered. Please contact us with the required photo proof.
• For customers not in the contiguous U.S., we accept returns within 30 days of product delivery if the wrong item is delivered. Please contact us with the required photo proof. We provide funds for you to purchase your own return label through your local postal system.
• If you are a customer in the contiguous U.S., we offer a free 3-month artwork repair or remake for artwork breakage during shipment if the customer contacts the company within 30 days of product delivery and provides the required photo proof. We provide funds for you to purchase your own return label through your local postal system.
• Products purchased from us can be packed, sealed, and returned, with our confirmation only, to our address using a service that provides tracking. You can ship back the original art set to us for repair and cover the shipping cost, or request shipping fee by email. We can send you one updated artwork or replacement upon receiving your return.
• Our business mailing address is as follows: 13446 Poway Rd PMB 1013, Poway, CA, USA, 92064. You may be requested to ship back the original art set to a different address for your eligible return.
• The following issues are not covered under our warranty: natural blemishes, natural imperfections, improper installations, improper disassembly, artificial damage, improper use, and improper maintenance.
Refund Policy:
• For the protection of original physical and digital artwork, all purchased artworks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable regardless of unused, unopened, or unwrapped situations. We cannot remove or control a digital copy of a file on a customer's device.
• A refund of the order production costs will be issued to your original payment account for shipping confirmation delays over 90 days, wrong items sent, products lost in transit due to addressing errors by Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG, or artwork damage due to shipping, if you contact the company within 30 days of the expected delivery.
• Our shipping confirmation includes tracking numbers from the couriers USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Refunds cannot be issued for any package losses, thefts, or damages that occur after delivery.
• Refunds cannot be issued for any product delays, losses, thefts, or damages due to invalid customer information or undeliverable address was provided by the customer. Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG cannot take any responsibility in this case.
• The fee for each artwork plan cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of whether you place an order for any artwork during your valid period. Furthermore, this fee cannot be deducted from your artwork purchase.
• Free gifts or coupons cannot be returned for a refund.

For urgent questions and concerns regarding business matters, you may text your short messages to (858) 644-3485 in the USA. She will respond to the best of her ability and availability.
Mobile Terms of Service:
• By consenting to Calm Flower Moon LLC’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG through your wireless provider.
• Messages may be sent even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list, using technologies such as automatic telephone dialing systems.
• Service-related messages will include updates, alerts, and information, such as order updates and account notifications.
• Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and marketing offers, such as cart reminders.
• Signing up for the program is voluntary, and consent is not a requirement to make purchases with Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG.
• The Service provided by Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG is free, but you are responsible for charges and fees imposed by your wireless provider for text messaging.
• Message frequency can vary, and message and data rates may apply. It is advised to check your mobile plan and contact your provider for details.
• You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including those from your wireless provider.
• You have the option to opt-out of the Service at any time by texting 'STOP' to our numbers or clicking the unsubscribe link in any text message.
• Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation text message, and no further messages will be sent to your device unless initiated by you.
• If subscribed to other Calm Flower Moon LLC mobile message programs and wish to cancel, you must opt out separately from those programs, following the provided instructions in their respective mobile terms.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG reserves the right to change any short code or telephone number used for the Service and will notify you of these changes.
• Messages sent to a changed short code or telephone number, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and the company will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
• The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Users are required to provide a valid mobile number and must sign up with a new number if they change their mobile number.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, errors in information, or actions taken or not taken based on the information or Service, as permitted by applicable law.
