Thank you for visiting. The Calm Flower Moon LLC Terms and Safety Notice (the "Notice") is operated by Calm Flower Moon LLC (“Calm Flower Moon LLC,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the website and services constitutes your agreement to these terms, notices, and conditions. We may modify or cancel the Terms and Safety Notice or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these terms, notices, and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Safety Notice:

• The art concepts of Calm Flower Moon LLC are kid-friendly. The art materials used by us are USA certified and sourced globally.

• Please do not attempt to pay using any payment method not listed by calmflowermoon.com and/or xjiangstudio.com with our official email and/or SMS.

• Calm Flower Moon LLC maintains information security, privacy, and politeness site-wide.

• WARNING: The artistic content of Calm Flower Moon LLC is for artistic purposes only and is not intended as medical, educational, or legal advice.

• WARNING: The artworks, gifts, and packaging of Calm Flower Moon LLC are not food or toys. Any artworks, gifts, and packages prepared here may contain small parts that present a choking hazard or could cause other injuries. Keep them out of reach of babies and children under three years old. Parental supervision is required for those under eighteen.

• WARNING: Proposition 65 Warning for California Consumers: Labels on and packing slips in this package can expose you to chemicals including Bisphenol S (BPS) which is known to the State of California to cause reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

• By submitting your contact details, you are providing your data to Calm Flower Moon LLC who may contact you.

• Calm Flower Moon LLC never publishes or sells any customer data with any person or 3rd party.

• We send secure emails, messages or files with security links.

• We do not include any advertisements outside of our shipping packages.

• We will only use the personal information you provide to operate the business and fulfill your order.

• Business confirmations will be sent via our official emails to customers.

• The use of the Calm Flower Moon LLC mobile message service, SMS (Short Message Service), or subscribing service signifies your agreement to our Mobile Terms of Service on the page and to your contact details being shared with Calm Flower Moon LLC, which may contact you.

• Calm Flower Moon LLC is a company providing artworks, registered in the USA. X JIANG STUDIO is an art studio of Calm Flower Moon LLC. AN ART JOURNAL is an art project of Calm Flower Moon LLC.

• The business X JIANG, X JIANG STUDIO, and AN ART JOURNAL are operated by Calm Flower Moon LLC. They are not separate entities.

Product Notice:

• Every artwork or set via the PRE-ORDER, CUSTOM, or PRINT plan is limited to no more than one edition or version per year globally. Every artwork or set via the ONLINE plan is available to only one collector at a time globally.

• If you would like to extend your plan, you may send your request during your valid period by clicking the 'Contact Us' or 'Let's Chat' button on the website and providing your name and email address.

• A new payment may be requested via an official email from calmflowermoon.com if you inform us of your extension. You may place your order for each plan for up to 360 days at a time.

• The four plans do not include all features of one another and are not available simultaneously for every artwork or set.

• You may transfer ownership of your ONLINE plan seat in the future to a person by sending us your request along with the new person's name and email during your valid period. A PRE-ORDER, CUSTOM, or PRINT plan seat cannot be passed.

• Every artwork or set from our plans may be updated, and all passwords will be updated yearly.

• The digital artworks are intended for display on digital devices only and may not be suitable for printing by you.

• The fee for each plan does not include the full price of the artwork or set, nor does it cover all taxes, shipping, or surcharges. The final price for a single piece or artwork set depends on factors such as material, size, time, mounting, packaging, taxes, and shipping rates.

• A final amount may be requested when you order an artwork or set from each plan, including taxes and/or shipping rates based on your location, via an official email from calmflowermoon.com.

• The fee for each plan cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of whether you place an order for any artwork during your valid period. Additionally, this fee for each plan cannot be deducted from your artwork purchase.

• Not all art materials, sizes, and display options may be suitable or available for every artwork or set.

Payment Notice:

• Calm Flower Moon LLC accepts payments from individuals over the age of 18. After your purchase, the studio does not accept order cancellations.

• We offer artworks and accept electronic payments through our official webpages and emails at calmflowermoon.com; we do not have a physical store.

• The price for each artwork or set displayed here does not include plan fees, access fees, taxes, shipping rates, or surcharges.

• The price on our checkout screen may include estimated tax and shipping costs (if applicable).

• Additional payments, including plan fees, access fees, taxes, actual shipping fees, or surcharges, may be requested through our official email for specific cases, states, or countries.

• Payment options for Calm Flower Moon LLC include credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We accept payment through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wix, Square, QuickBooks, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Stripe, and Wise.

• Prices are quoted and payable in US dollars. If you prefer to pay in another currency from anywhere around the world using your multi-currency account, please contact us before placing your order. Any conversion and processing fees incurred are beyond our control.

• You may get 15% off your next artwork or set purchase with your collection code. This offer is valid for 365 days from the date of your current artwork purchase and must be used by the same person. A coupon cannot be added to your order with a free gift at the same time. Not all products and features are available with the coupon. Other restrictions apply.

Shipping Notice:

• We offer shipping options from three couriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

• Pre-orders typically ship globally from the USA within 7 to 90 days after being placed.

• Delivery is expected within 2 to 8 days when shipping within the Continental U.S.

• Calm Flower Moon LLC will send confirmation emails to you once any products have been sent or shipped.

• Artworks and gifts may be delivered in split shipments from a single order for artwork protection purposes. There will be no additional delivery costs charged.

Return Notice:

• Each artwork may have natural unique imperfections. For the protection of original physical and digital artwork, all artworks are non-returnable. We cannot remove or control a digital copy of a file on a customer's device.

• We only accept one-time returns of each physical artwork or set within a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt if the product is damaged upon delivery. Please contact us with your photo proof.

• We offer a free 3-month artwork repair, remake, or refund for breakage during shipment if you contact the studio within 30 days of product delivery.

• Products purchased from us can be packed, sealed, and returned, with our confirmation only, to our address using a service that provides tracking. You can ship back the original art set to us for repair and cover the shipping cost, or request our prepaid shipping label by email. We can send you one updated artwork or replacement for free upon receiving your return.

• The following issues are not covered under our warranty: natural blemishes, unique imperfections, improper installations, improper disassembly, artificial damage, improper use, and improper maintenance.

Refund Notice:

• Refunds can be credited to your original payment account for shipping confirmation delays over 90 days, wrong items sent, products lost in transit due to addressing errors by Calm Flower Moon LLC, or artwork damage due to shipping, if you contact the studio within 30 days of the expected delivery.

• Our shipping confirmation comes with tracking numbers from the couriers USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Refunds cannot be issued for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages after delivery.

• Refunds cannot be issued for any product delays, losses, steals, or damages due to incorrect or invalid customer information provided by you. Calm Flower Moon LLC cannot take any responsibility in this case.

• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

• Free gifts or coupons cannot be returned for a refund.

Calm Flower Moon LLC can respond to your questions and concerns related to our business to the best of our ability and schedule. Xue Jiang is the current artist and managing member. You may contact her with your messages and leave your email address by using the 'Contact Us' or 'Let's Chat' button on the website for questions and support. You may view messages when you return to the site or via an official calmflowermoon.com email. If you have questions or need assistance in the future, feel free to ask.

Mobile Terms of Service:

• By consenting to Calm Flower Moon LLC’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Calm Flower Moon LLC through your wireless provider.

• Messages may be sent even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list, using technologies such as automatic telephone dialing systems.

• Service-related messages will include updates, alerts, and information, such as order updates and account notifications.

• Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and marketing offers, such as cart reminders.

• Signing up for the program is voluntary, and consent is not a requirement to make purchases with Calm Flower Moon LLC.

• The Service provided by Calm Flower Moon LLC is free, but you are responsible for charges and fees imposed by your wireless provider for text messaging.

• Message frequency can vary, and message and data rates may apply. It is advised to check your mobile plan and contact your provider for details.

• You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including those from your wireless provider.

• You have the option to opt-out of the Service at any time by texting 'STOP' to our numbers or clicking the unsubscribe link in any text message.

• Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation text message, and no further messages will be sent to your device unless initiated by you.

• If subscribed to other Calm Flower Moon LLC mobile message programs and wish to cancel, you must opt out separately from those programs, following the provided instructions in their respective mobile terms.

• Calm Flower Moon LLC reserves the right to change any short code or telephone number used for the Service and will notify you of these changes.

• Messages sent to a changed short code or telephone number, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and the company will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

• The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Users are required to provide a valid mobile number and must sign up with a new number if they change their mobile number.

• Calm Flower Moon LLC will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, errors in information, or actions taken or not taken based on the information or Service, as permitted by applicable law.
